Well, thanks to Charles for jogging my memory, I realised that I did indeed have a copy of issue 3 and had yet to upload it! So, here you go. Both inside cover pages were blank so I've left them off.
I've uploaded them as .png files so they should be of high enough resolution to read / download or whatever. As far as I'm aware there were only 5 issues of this Minimag and if you want to see the others, they're also on the blog under the label Minimag;
