Medball - a Kickstarter in peril!

Well, I've got 14 wonderful backers but still not hitting the target... I really thought this would be reasonably popular! When I think about the ranges now that I have planned, I wonder if it's worth me investing the little funds I have into them. The Little Soldier Company has never shown a profit and isn't looking like it will last long term. Very sad as it has been a labour of love and I've worked with some wonderful people. I looked into advertising with a wargaming website but this was the answer I got back;

Dwarven Bar Room Brawl - Kickstarter now live...

 

Well, it's been a long time coming but I've finally launched the dwarf bar room brawl Kickstarter...

All the figures are sculpted by the renowned John Pickford with the illustration by the wonderful Martin Buck.

It's already hit the target so if it keeps climbing I'll commission some more pieces.

The Treadmill of Hubris - Kev Adams own Kickstarter!

After decades of sculpting wonderful pieces for many different companies (The Little Soldier Company included 😊 ) Kev has finally got to working on his own sculpts and they show all his usual crazed madness! All images are borrowed off the Kickstarter and remain their copyright of course.

The backdrop is that the goblins (in this case, Boglets, a small variant of goblin, that takes delight in trickery, cunning, and humiliation of their foe), having discovered a couple of Dwarfs drunk next to their barrel of ale, captures and enslaves them.  It is normal for Boglets to use the Dwarfs own barrel of beer as the cornerstone of their enslavement, and they do this with great mirth and delight in what the Boglets have coined, the Treadmill of Hubris.

I'll be basing the minis this weekend hopefully once I'm back from my travels up in Northumberland scouting for Haggis... only 8 days left and just nudging the halfway point... you know you want to give these bunnies a good home...
