These were produced in the late 70's to go with their Starfleet Wars rules of 1978. Don't think Star Trek or the mind boggling Star Fleet Battles. I found the flyer (produced by game distributor Alnavco) when, as usual, I was looking for something else. The miniatures themselves (along with many others) are now produced by Monday Knight Productions (tell them I sent you if you go visiting...)
I don't remember the miniatures coming over here back in the day although sci-fi wasn't a big thing with me except in 25mm at the time. I did end up with a bunch of the wonderful Archive Miniatures spaceships via eBay some years back. Nevile told me they'd been used in the film industry although, if he mentioned a film, I dont remember it now.
